This is the house the Stevens are trying to buy with the housing association to offer affodable housing to low income people. There will be 2 families and two sets of singish folk in the mansion. They are looking to build 10 units in the back part of the property. The whole place will be community housing. There will be community areas where people can hang out and watch TV and do art...
There was an article in the paper about it, I'll see if I can find a link for it. It tells it better than I do.
